Mowing

$30 Full mow (incl. edge trimming & blowing) up to 0.25 acre lot ($35 up to 0.30 acre lot; $40 up to 0.35 acre lot; $45 up to 0.4 acre lot; $50 up to 0.45 acre lot; $55 up to 5.0 acre lot)

Corner lot with two sides: plus $5

Blade edging (pathway/driveway/road): $25 - includes clean up and removal (recommended at least once per year) [free with your first mow each year]

Grass bagging +25% of mow price (or +50% for bag removal). Bi-weekly mowing during fast growing season +50%
Snow Shoveling
$20 for up to 20 minutes, plus $10 for additional 10 minutes if necessary
Yard work
$20 for up to 30 minutes, plus $10 for each additional 15 minutes.
Where only one Mow Brow is required for some quick work (such as plant watering, feeding cats, changing litter, etc) then $10 per visit for up to 30 minutes
Pressure washing $40/hour. Alternatively, $70 for 48-hour DIY rental (taxes incl). High power 3300 PSI machine with 35ft high pressure hose, washer nozzels and 15" surface washer attachment, unlimited gas, unlimited soap (3 types), free delivery & pickup.
Dog Walking
$10 for 30 minutes ($15 for 2 dogs). Add 50% for each additional 15 minutes. Includes any feeding
